Trueway Taxis Refund and Cancellation Policy :
We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Flexible cancellations: Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup and receive a full refund or no cancellation fee.
Late cancellations: Cancelling within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup could incur a cancellation fee up to 25% of the fare or as indicated during booking.
No-Shows
If a passenger fails to show up within 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup without notifying us, the booking will be canceled automatically and no refund will be provided.
Refund Timelines
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days through the original payment method or as agreed. Delays in bank processing times may occur. In case of direct payment to us we refund with 24 Hr.
Company-Initiated Cancellations
In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, or force majeure, Trueway Taxis reserves the right to cancel bookings. Customers will be offered full refunds or alternate travel arrangements without extra charges.
Modification of Booking
Changes in booking details including time, destination, or passenger details should be made at least 24 hours before travel and may be subject to additional charges depending on the change.
Refund Requests
To request a refund, contact Trueway Taxis customer support with booking details and reason. Refund eligibility will be evaluated case-by-case.
