By using Trueway Taxis services (the “Service”) and website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
Service Description
Trueway Taxis provides professional taxi and transport services for local, outstation, airport transfers, tours, and special events. We strive to ensure timely, safe, and comfortable journeys.
Booking and Confirmation
Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or app. A booking is confirmed only after receiving payment or confirmation from our support team. We reserve the right to refuse service if the booking details are incomplete or fraudulent.
Fares and Payment
All fares are subject to change based on distance, traffic, and special requests. Payments can be made online or directly to Company in cash or digital wallets as agreed. Extra charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, parking, or route changes.
Passenger Conduct and Safety
Passengers must adhere to safety rules during travel, including wearing seat belts. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances is strictly prohibited in the vehicle. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles.
Driver Responsibilities
Drivers must operate vehicles safely and professionally. Trueway Taxis is committed to respectful service. Complaints regarding driver behavior should be reported immediately.
Liability and Limitations
Trueway Taxis is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including travel delays due to traffic, weather, or acts of God. Lost property claims will be handled but the company is not responsible for valuables left unattended.
Privacy and Data Use
Personal data collected during booking is used only for service provision and is protected per applicable data protection laws.
Cancellations, No-Shows, and Refunds
Refer to our Refund/Cancellation Policy for detailed terms on cancellations, refunds, and no-shows.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service confirms acceptance of updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and any dispute will be subject to jurisdiction in Dehradun courts.
Terms & Conditions For Customers –
1) If the driver is required to wait for more than 30 minutes, waiting charges of ₹200 per hour will be applicable.
2) Cancellations made within one hour of the scheduled pickup time will attract a 10% cancellation charge.
3) The driver may carry luggage from outside the house only if it is a ground-floor pickup.
The driver will not enter the house or go to the first floor or above.
4) The customer must complete the full payment immediately after the ride is completed
5) The client is responsible for their own belongings. After the ride is completed, the company will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
6) Sedan vehicles are permitted to carry up to 2 large and 2 small luggage bags only.
Whereas SUV vehicles are permitted to carry up to 4 large and 4 small luggage bags.
7) If the client carries luggage in excess of the permitted limit in the cab, any penalty or challan issued due to overloading shall be the sole responsibility of the client.
8) If the client terminates the ride prior to its scheduled completion, the client shall remain liable to pay the full amount of the fare for the booked ride.
9) If the ride is delayed due to bad weather, traffic, vehicle breakdown, or puncture, the company will not be responsible for the delay.
10) The driver is entitled to take one short stop during the journey for meals, and such stop shall be taken only at a location approved by the company.
ग्राहकों के लिए नियम व शर्तें
1) यदि ड्राइवर को 30 मिनट से अधिक इंतजार करना पड़ता है, तो ₹200 प्रति घंटा वेटिंग चार्ज लगेगा।
2) पिकअप समय से एक घंटे के अंदर की गई कैंसिलेशन पर 10% कैंसिलेशन चार्ज लगेगा।
3) यदि पिकअप ग्राउंड फ्लोर से है, तो ड्राइवर घर के बाहर से ही सामान कैब तक ला सकता है।
ड्राइवर घर के अंदर नहीं जाएगा और न ही पहली मंजिल या उससे ऊपर जाएगा।
4) यात्रा पूरी होने के तुरंत बाद ग्राहक को पूरी राशि का भुगतान करना अनिवार्य है।
5) ग्राहक अपने सामान की खुद जिम्मेदारी लेंगे।
यात्रा पूरी होने के बाद किसी भी सामान के नुकसान या गुम होने की जिम्मेदारी कंपनी की नहीं होगी।
6) सेडान गाड़ी में अधिकतम 2 बड़े और 2 छोटे बैग ही ले जाने की अनुमति है।
वहीं SUV गाड़ी में अधिकतम 4 बड़े और 4 छोटे बैग ले जाने की अनुमति है।
7) यदि ग्राहक तय सीमा से अधिक सामान गाड़ी में रखवाता है,
तो ओवरलोडिंग के कारण लगने वाला कोई भी चालान या जुर्माना ग्राहक की जिम्मेदारी होगा।
8) यदि ग्राहक यात्रा बीच में ही समाप्त कर देता है, तो भी उसे पूरी बुक की गई यात्रा का किराया देना होगा।
9) खराब मौसम, ट्रैफिक, गाड़ी खराब होने या पंचर होने के कारण यदि यात्रा में देरी होती है, तो उसकी जिम्मेदारी कंपनी की नहीं होगी।
10) यात्रा के दौरान ड्राइवर एक बार खाने के लिए छोटा सा स्टॉप ले सकता है, और यह स्टॉप केवल कंपनी द्वारा तय किए गए स्थान पर ही होगा।
